Would you like to volunteer at MacGregor Point Provincial Park?  There are numerous opportunities throughout the year.  For example the Friends of MacGregorPoint are looking for individuals to assist with the festivals we run each year-the Huron Fringe Birding Festival and Wild for the Arts.

For the Huron Fringe Birding Festival we are looking for people to be hike coordinators, help with set-up and take-down and help with the BBQs.  The Huron Fringe Birding Festival runs from May 28 to June 6, 2010.

The Wild for the Arts Festival is held on September 12 and 13, 2009.  This unique festival features an artists' campground studio tour and sale, live musicians, a writer in campsite residence and many other activities.

If you would like to assist in either or both of these festivals please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

During the year we need volunteers for activities such as the Great Shoreline Clean-up and trail upgrading.  Watch this page for further details.

MacGregor Point Provincial Park also provides volunteer opportunities within the Natural Heritage Education program.  If you are looking for volunteer time related to high school credits or are interested in becoming a volunteer Campground or Visitor Centre Host contact the park through the Friends - This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
