A visit to MacGregor Point isn't complete unless you stop by the Visitor Centre!
Located centrally, this is the hub of all educational and interpretive programs in the park,
including the Huron Fringe Birding Festival and the Wild for the Arts Festival.
A "home spun" atmosphere will welcome
you.
Park naturalists are here to provide you with information about
the park, its facilities and resources.
The Huron Fringe Gift Shop,
operated by the Friends of MacGregor Point, is also located in the Visitor
Centre.

- Hands on Discovery Boxes designed for kids or adults.
- Live displays and interpretive exhibits relevant to the natural and cultural resources found within MacGregor Point.
- Information about "things to do" in the local area.
- The Huron Fringe Gift Shop - a nature gift shop.
- Registration information for the Walk
the Distance Family Fun Fitness Challenge, Project Nature Watch and
other self-directed program
For your convenience the Visitor Centre has:
- A Camper's Library.
- Digital Trail Guide - download a trail guide for the Old Shore Road Trail onto your MP3 Player.
- Wireless Internet - only a $2 donation for the duration of your stay (even after hours)!
- Maps of the Park and surrounding area
- An up-to-date Weather Forecast for the Park and surrounding area

The Huron Fringe Gift Shop is located within the Visitor Centre at MacGregor Point Provincial Park.
This gift shop offers a variety of nature-themed gift items.
- Books including field guides, children's books and local authors
- Giftware with a natural history theme
- Clothing to help you remember your visit to MacGregor Point Provincial Park
- Plush toys and novelties for the kids
- Ice cream for cooling off on a hot day
