Spring at MacGregor Point


With blooming wildflowers, a multitude of migrating birds, and a re-vitalized
Visitor Centre, MacGregor Point comes back to life with the arrival of Spring.


 

What's going on: Dates to remember:
  • Blooming Wildflowers
    • Be on the look out for Irises, Wild Columbine, Lilies,
      Lady Slippers and more
  • Spring Bird Migration
    • So many birds pass through the park it would be crazy
      to try and list them all here. For a full species list of birds

    • Stop by to check out our new interpretive displays
      and find out more about what changes the wildlife
      of the park are going through.
  • Invasive Species Control
    • Early to mid-May is the best time to attempt to control
